When can I secure a lot?

From Thursday 26th September onwards.

 

When deposit do I need to put down?

We require a 10% deposit for each lot.

 

When will the land settle?

Settlement is due in late 2025 or early 2026 once the civil works including roads and parks are completed and the land registration and titling process is completed.

 

HOW DO I GET TO BUILD A HOUSE FOR ME?

We have pre-selected 6 wonderful house builders who have priced up a series of packages for you to consider but you a welcome to use however you like to build your house. The packages we have prepared start from $550,000 and have different designs, layouts and styles. We also have a selection of local bespoke builders who can build architecturally designed houses for you.

 

WHO APPROVES THE HOUSE DESIGN AND HOW LONG DOES THIS TAKE?

We have put together a set of Design Guidelines to help ensure that the future houses deliver a high quality outcome. Approvals can be through a private certifier under a CDC (Complying Development Certificate) or through MidCoast Council under a normal DA process. Plans can be prepared prior to settlement and submitted to a private certifier so they can be approved within a matter of weeks after lots are registered enabling building works to start in early 2026.

 

How do I monitor the process during the civil works and house build?

All buyers will get monthly updates from Addenbrooke during the civil works process as the roads, services and parks are installed. Once you start building your house Addenbrooke can offer project managers services including weekly construction updates.

 

WHAT IS THE RENTAL MARKET LIKE FOR MY FINISHED HOUSE?

There is a strong long term and holiday rental market in Blueys Beach and we have worked closely with Hola Palms a leading rental agency in the Pacific Palms area. See information sheet for more details.

Do I need to build a house by a certain date?

There is no requirement to start building a house by any time.
